A big congratulations to Ella Townley from Macclesfield , on passing her driving test in an automatic car at Macclesfield Test Centre on the 13th April 2026.

Ella, what a result today. You have come such a long way from our first driving lesson and you should be very proud of yourself. You always turned up with a smile and never gave up, which showed today with that all important pass.

On the day you did have some pre test nerves but you held your own. You can now drive yourself to work instead of taking a taxi. It’s been a pleasure teaching you.

I’ve been taking driving lessons since I was 17 and I’m now 24 and I only have one person to thank for that… Amanda at Geoff capes driving school The company is fantastic and Amanda was incredibly I’m autistic and the way she handles my ups and downs, I couldn’t of asked for anything better she was so patient and explained everything always encouraging and if we weren’t laughing then she was passing me tissues for my tears and because of her I passes first time Book now!!!!

Congratulations to Oliver Carrick for passing his driving test on 28th October

PASSED FIRST TIME! I’m a 31 year old lad who hasn’t had any lessons in 10 years prior to this (despite selling cars for the last 5 years) I found Amanda who’s teaching style was perfect for me. I would describe Amanda as Militant which for me was perfect it helped me become disciplined which ultimately allowed me to pass first time. Amanda had very good bedside manor and we got along as well as you could hope in these situations. Amanda s ability to teach and her knowledge are second to none, and I’m really lucky I was able to have her as my instructor. Wish you all the best!
