Driving Lessons in Stockport

Congratulations to Laila Miah of Shaw Heath Stockport on passing her driving test in the automatic car on the 17th of October at Macclesfield Test Centre on her first attempt.

From day one getting in the car with me, you were confident in your own driving ability, this continued to show in all your driving lessons and you were willing to learn new skills from my instructions and guidance.

You were a little nervous on the day and leading up to test time you were asking and thinking of the correct things ready for the test, although receiving a couple of faults you came out on top with glowing feedback from Dave the examiner.
I have enjoyed getting you know you over the time spent in the car and loved listening to your weekend antics , you have been a pleasure to teach and made it easier for me to instruct you.

Congratulations to Dan Whitwham of Hazel Grove Stockport on passing his driving test in the automatic car on the 1st of October at Bredbury Test Centre on his FIRST attempt.

My last remaining original pupil from when I started as an instructor last year, although it seems like ages since you started you’re driving journey, it goes to show you that if you wait and get that valuable practice you come away by passing your test first time. You were nervous on the day and leading up to test time you were overthinking situations you normally take in your stride, although receiving a couple of faults and thinking you had failed, Matthew the examiner said you presented a good drive, well done.

I have enjoyed getting you know you over the time spent in the car, you have been a pleasure to teach and made it easier for me to instruct you.

My instructor, Doug, really helped me to pass my test as he was extremely patient with me and helped me every week with what I needed to pass. He made sure that we was on the same page about what we was doing and what we have left to focus on. I passed my test first time and don’t think I would’ve passed if it wasn’t for my choice in instructor, so I heavily recommend.

What was the MAIN reason for choosing Geoff Capes Driving School?
We were recommended the driving school by a friend

What OTHER factors were important to you when choosing your driving instructor / school?
We were looking for a driving instructor with patience and as they would be taking our son out in the open road for the first time!

How did learning to drive compare to what you expected?
Better than I could ever have expected. As a parent of a young driver a huge amount is trust is given to complete stranger (at first) .. from Sam. from the minute, I got into the car until the day I passed my driving test Amanda could not have been any better for me. she made me feel comfortable straight away and I enjoyed every driving lesson. Amanda was very supportive and encouraged me every week to make me a better driver.

How did you find your instructor’s teaching methods?
The best!!! I would not have passed without the instructions and guidance from Amanda.

Would you recommend us to others and if so WHY?
Absolutely!!! I will tell all my friends who are looking at learning to drive to get in touch!

What could we have done better to improve our customer service or enhance your learning experience with us?
Nothing!! It has been brilliant from start to finish!

Heard great reviews about the friendliness about the instructors fantastic pass rates I am a more mature lady so was a little nervous about learning after my first driving lesson with Milan the nerves disappeared

What OTHER factors were important to you when choosing your driving instructor / school?
Flexibility on lesson times as I have a business and times can vary I was always accommodated couldn’t have asked for anymore Milan was a perfect gentleman fantastic and patient driving instructor would recommend him to anyone

How did learning to drive compare to what you expected?
Much better than I expected

Absolutely perfect very easy to understand

Would you recommend us to others and if so WHY?
My personal experience was 5* had a perfect first time pass
